عدل الهی و مسأله شرور

چکیده

مسأله وجود شرور در عالم، مهمترین دستاویز ملحدان در نفی خدا و دین بوده است. آنها می‌گویند با نظر به کمال مطلق الهی، نباید هیچ شری در عالم وجود داشته باشد، در حالی که شرور در عالم وجود دارند. فیلسوفان و متکلمان دیندار در برابر این شبهات کوشیده‌اند نشان بدهند که هیچ ناسازگاری و تعارضی میان باور به عدل الهی و مسأله شرور وجود ندارد. مسأله دیگری که در باب مسأله شرور مطرح است توسل به آن برای نفی وجود خداست که البته حداکثر می‌تواند وجود خدای عادل را مخدوش کند و نمی تواند عدم خدا را ثابت کند. در این مقاله، نظر چند تن از فیلسوفان دین معاصر را در باب سازگاری یا ناسازگاری وجود شرور با عدل الهی بررسی خواهیم کرد و به‌ویژه نظر آنها را در مورد چند مسأله تحلیل خواهیم کرد: یکی اینکه چه عواملی مانع دخالت خدا در جلوگیری از وقوع شرور است و آیا این عوامل توجیه کننده فعل الهی هستند چنانکه عدم دخالت او با عدالت او سازگار باشد. دیگر آنکه، وقوع شرور در حیات انسانی، چه نقشی در تقویت روحیه انسان و تدارک موجبات رشد او دارد و مسأله آخر اینکه آیا مدعای خداباوری شکاکانه در مورد جهل ما نسبت به ادله خدا در عدم جلوگیری از قوع شرور، می‌تواند مسأله شرور را حل کند یا اینکه این مدعا خود ما را با مشکلات جدیدی مواجه می‌کند.
